What We're Looking For: A Licensed Veterinary Technician Supervisor with a passion for leadership. Are you confident, skilled, and eager to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their people? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: supervising and evaluating technicians and medical personnel, conducting reviews, informing management of operational and employee-related issues, proactively resolving and deescalating any concerns while approaching discussions with empathy, overseeing department cleaning, stocking, and inventory, collaborating with departments on patient care and operations, performing technician or assistant duties as needed, train, mentor, or onboard new and existing staff, schedule and monitor staff, anesthetize and monitor animals under supervision, perform dental prophylaxis and dental imaging

What You Need to Succeed:

• A current LVT certification
• Have at least 2 years of LVT experience
• Have full-time availability
• Confidence in surgery and dentistry
• A great work ethic and collaborative mindset
• High School Diploma
